Like Jackie said though, a LOT of them never respond. At least we reached out to help.

I, for one, want to extend my most sincere and heartfelt thanks to the Family Services Team.

They kind of stay behind the scene but are constantly checking the guestbook, posts, etc and contacting people who need help. They provide information, contacts to physicians in their area, and most importantly an ear and a shoulder.

They do reach out.
