It is New Year Day 2011, I awoke last night (this morning) around 4am with CH pain.  Stiffness in the left side of my neck, left nostril clogged, left temple pain.  I have not had a  cycle in over 5 years.  After massaging my neck and temple, blowing/clearing my nose and hyperventilating through my nose, I was able to relieve the pain which was NOT a full blown attack.  Of course I started praying, which I rarely do.  And I started making promises to myself of resolutions I need to keep to better my life.  I fell asleep.  Looking back at what happened to me several hours ago, I firmly believe this was a NYE (New Years Eve) reminder from The Beast that he is still around in my life and although I have not had an attack in over 5 years, do not take life for granted.   

We all know that when in cycle, every second, every minute counts and we tend to lose out on precious time stolen from the Beast.  Wishing everybody here less pain in 2011 and more productivity with getting things accomplished.
