Sorry, it's been a while since I posted.  I've just got back to work which is 60 hours a week and out of town so that with holidays haven't equalled time (and the lack of a laptop:P).  Been pretty pleasant for the most part.  Pf for a month or so now, I believe thanks to the combo of melatonin and b6.  It is kind of a vicious cycle, but the melatonin/b6 brings me down and I'm groggy all day when I wake up so I take a 5 hour energy, which as many of you infoheads know has taurene, caffeine, and megaloads of b6 and b12.  Been pf since I started the melatonin, and less shadows since I started with the 5 hour energy about 2 weeks ago.  I've read a lot of posts telling of success with melatonin.  I was in the middle of a pretty nasty cycle when I started this.  It was instant.  Everyone is different and it may not help everyone, but is worth a try.  Thank you for all your help and wealth of information.  I may still be in hell now if it weren't for ya'll.  Just wanted to say hi to everyone and share my little success!!
