Dare to dream
Jan 9th, 2011 at 10:17am

My hubby has had two nights sleep in a row.  Only a very mild hit this morning in the last two days!  I dare to dream that this cycle may be ending.  Seems as though it started to break when I made him take the melatonin.  Perhaps just a coincidence.  Keeping my fingers and toes crossed that this truely is his cycle ending!

Lack of sleep due to CH is a problem for both of us since I am up and listening to be sure he is okay.  Sleep is a wonderful thing and something people take for granted when they can just lay down and do it!  I feel bad for anyone who has to function on little or no sleep, especially for extended periods of time!

I think when a cycle breaks it's better news then if you won the lottery.   I will keep my fingers and toes crossed for you that you dance with the beast is almost done.

I also pray the cycle is ending. But please, don't stop what's working too soon. If it's ending then you have time to taper down if that's what you want to do. If it's not, better to stay on guard and be prepared. In the meantime, both of you enjoy the zzz's. God bless. lance
