next week i'll be 3 years with out a cluster attack. also means my next cycle is coming closer. one things thats different this next time around. i didnt put my head in the sand and pretend the next one wasnt going to come. one things for sure . i feel like im more prepaired than i ever was in previous cycles.

I am presently out of cycle myself, but have everything full (o2, Verap. Pred Taper) at the ready when needed.
