I read something here regarding our 'Circadian' clock and would assume that Daylight/Sunlight is tied in to it. Now if we could get PC monitors to emit that wavelength, we'd all be as happy as Larry!
Your grow light is the same as a 'Sad light box', am I right here?

As an untreated newbie, I am not experienced enough to comment on your Meds, but I'm sure there will be some along soon!

Hi Glassman, without having researched other peoples 'cycles' too much and only can go by mine, I get the impression that when I start my yearly cycle, I am sure the dominant one is around November, followed by a lesser one in May (I think).. Hmmmm? Must start making a log but, like a few people, I am SO glad when I am out of cycle, I tend to not think about it coming back!
I must get an O2 setup for the next bunch though!

Thanks Nigel, Gary, thebbz and whimsey1. 
Being new to the message board I am glad to have others to talk to and brain storm with about all this.  Sometimes it's overwhelming trying to make sense and put together a personal treatment plan.  I should have signed on in 2006 when I had my last cycle, it would have made me feel less isolated. Back then I thought I was doing so much better than previous cycles because I finally had "Mama Imitrex" in the fast acting nasal spray and my pain went from being hours on end to minutes (which still seemed like an eternity!).  I still got the usual 3rd headache that I couldn't run home to "Mama" for but still what a difference!
But what I really want now is to learn what others are doing to abort/prevent them so I can put a few more tricks in my bag.
