The Power of Prayer - Please?
Feb 9th, 2011 at 9:04pm

My beautiful 47 year old niece has just been diagnosed with breast cancer.  She's had one surgery and is facing more.  There hasn't been a determination yet if she will required chemo/radiation or a combination.

I've seen what the power of prayer can do here, so I'm asking if you could spare one for my Shawn?

Thanks
Carol

You've got it Carol.  Here is a site she might find helpful  It is put up by a friend of mine who is also going through the same thing.  She's already gone through a couple of surgeries and other treatments, but has a great attitude and trust in God.  Multimedia File Viewing and Clickable Links are available for Registered Members only!!  You need to Login or Register; Melissa would be happy to talk with her also if she wants to contact her.

My Darling Friend & CH Sister...

Carol having just went through it with my great-niece and being a 27yrs. Breast Cancer Survivor; I am deeply in Prayer for your niece as well as you and the rest of your family...

And YES PRAYERS do change things...

Carol when someone we love is faced with the frightening diagnosis of breast cancer, it's natural to experience feelings like hopelessness, fear, and despair. In those moments, we are most in need of Prayers to bring comfort, and the hope of healing. Prayers and kind healing words can bring  peace into the breast cancer journey.

***Heavenly Father... I Pray that Carol's niece pain will decrease and her healing will increase..
I Pray that her and her family fears will disappear and be replace with Blessings, and Joy... Touch her Father as only you can...****Amen

We'll all 'pray her through'  Carol.  You've been here long enough to know how many success stories there have been here from the prayers of  this community.  Wink

Carol, you and Shawn, and your entire family, have my prayers, positive thoughts and vibes on their way!

Prayers from this family have been the initiating ingredient of many miracles, I've seen too many here, received them myself, to believe anything but a divine miracle;  Keep the faith, and keep us posted.

*hugs*

Again, my gratitude to you all.  We don't have any real news yet other than more tests before determinations can be made as to treatment.  She's had a lumpectomy and just the other day an MRI and a needle biopsy due to other things they've found.  Started out sounding not too bad but some of the stuff they're telling her now is a little scary.  If you could, keep those prayers coming, folks.

Hugs
