It's been a long time since I've visited ch.com but the news story on Gavin Fern brought me back.  I may be missing some earlier conversations concerning Mr. Fern but my understanding is that his body was recently indentified in Scotland after he was reporting missing sometime ago.  The details are a bit sketchy but there are many news stories that claim he was struggling with Cluster Headaches and was recently hospitalized for them.  I imagine that this initial post was referencing the news.  The stories only report his family saying he was "vulnerable" at the time.  The police reports indicate no fowl play is suspected.  My heart is heavy reading about this person, hoping his battle with clusters didn't ultimately influence his death.  If anyone has further information on this story, I would be grateful to have more news.  Here is a link to one of the stories.

My very best to the CH community.  I've been in "remission" for the last 2 years after 27 years of of battling the beast.  Still trying to get over my fear of going to sleep but thanking my lucky stars and loving every moment of being pain free.
