Letter about cluster headache syndrome

Hi Guys, I have been a long time away. The HA has not. Still chronic, but did have one time where I went 31 full days pain free! I do seem to be on a low cycle, where they are not as intense, but don't know how long this will last.
At one time there was a super letter written, about CHS, that was really good to pass on to friends and such. Can someone post the link to it please?
