O2 Finally!!!
May 9th, 2011 at 10:14pm

Hey all. I know I'm real sporadic here but I've been to my doc and got a referral to a neurologist. Went through the loops, had my MRI and he came to the same conclusion I have that I have CH's. Well I received my O2 today. I got 4 tanks and 2 machines. 2 machines because they can only handle 4 lpm a piece and I got prescribed for 8. So my question is how or where can I get a regulator that produces mor than 8 lpm and more like 12-15 and do I really need the machines or are the O2 tanks fine???? Thanks for responding. BTW I have bern cluster free for 2 months now.  Wink Wink Wink

Ditch the concentrators. Not only will they only max out at a whopping 8 lpm combined, they only produce around 90% pure O2 at peak efficiency. You need 100% O2 at 15 lpm.

E-bay is a good place to start looking for high-flow regulators.

Lifegas also sells them, but at retail prices. How big are your tanks?  I have both a 1700 liter and several 750 liter tanks for travel. I use a 25lpm valve on the smaller E tanks, and a demand flow valve for the larger M, or J, tank. lance

Well I might sound kinda dumb but everything was dropped off to my wife while I was at work. The tanks are probably 3-4 ft high and a diameter of maybe a foot? I'm not sure the size. Didn't think of checking but I can this evening. I do appreciate all the support from everyone!
