is this normal?
May 13th, 2011 at 4:50am

I am in cycle. have reached the end of my 5th week. first 2 weeks i had a hit everynight without fail at the same time, and reached kip 8 or 9. Then i went 4 days without one, had one then another 4 days then its been all over the place. Roughly every other night but lasting about 30 mins rather than 3 or 4 hours and getting to kip 5 so its bearable. Just wanna know if this is "normal" and could this be a sign its coming to the end of the cycle?

Yes it is normal for some people to get hits every few days when nearing the end of their cycles.

I hope this is the case for you!
