how long should i wait??

I have been PF for 7 days now. can feel mild shadows throughout the day, but nothing major. im just wondering if they have stopped, and if they have when would it be safe for me to have alcohol? how long should i wait now they have stopped to have a drink? i dont wanna drink too soon and set them off again.
