csonka, very sorry you are hurting. For the times you are not having an attack, you need to read as much as possible on this site, particularly the CH Specific and Medications/Treatments board.

Also, please introduce yourself on the "Getting to know you" board! Let us know how long you've had clusters for, what treatments you have tried, etc. We want to help you!

With people here from all over the world, there are always people around who know just what it's like to have CHs and what to do to minimize their effects

The other good thing about members being from all over the world is that most of the time you get immediate support and advice when you most need it.
