My name is Craig, I'm from Durban South Africa, 53 years old and have been suffering with significant headaches and migraines for over 40 years. Of late the pain has intensified dramatically and the migraine frequency is now every other day. The side effects are impacting my quality of life and my ability to function at work. This next one may sound like a joke, but really we're not screwing around here, we're very motivated to get right to what actually works. Basically you quickly down an energy drink or shot such as Red Bull at the onset of an attack. There's something about the combo of caffeine and taurine in them that can actually abort the attack. I've encouraged my wife, a chronic migraine sufferer, to to do this, and she regularly aborts her migraines this way.
