It said they have CH's and they saw me on Cluster headaches.com and would I email them back with how I cope? How did they get my email address - just seems dodgey to me

I get PMs, but occasionally e-mails.

If you're not sure - PM them here and see if they are legit. someone may be questioning something you said on the board and may need help.

We get kooks from time to time, but we also get people needing help. I've always been one for giving the benefit of the doubt until proven different. But that's me..

That sound very similar to this one. Why would anyone email you about CH when they found your email address on the best possible site for information?
