Yeah I forget that no one knows what that is... I always liked a good cup of joe in the morning, but now I LOVE to have one.  Especially lately because its pretty cold in my house!  There is the advantage in the states, and in some homes in NZ, that have some form of insulation/heat.  We have only a "heat box" e.g. a LP gas heater and a ton of blankets around. The landlord swares that its insulated, but he's most likely talking about a quarter of an inch of foam in the exterior and none in the raised floor.
