when do u know its over (Read 1195 times)

For me, they fade in over a period of weeks to peak cycle, then fade out the same way. My rule of thumb is 2 weeks completely pain free and I start to slowly ramp down on my prevent. It's different for everyone and will even vary from cycle to cycle. Joe

Welcome to the board, I'm so glad you found us. I know what you mean, it's nice to talk to someone about the beast without a 20 minute explanation of what the hell it is! Wink

Do you have a decent prevent med? Oxygen? any other abortives? Are you working with a doc who has at least a clue what CH is??? Maybe we can steer you to a litle less pain.
