Skipped Dose
Jun 28th, 2011 at 3:36am

So on the 15th I started taking the forementioned vitamin regimen of omega fish oil, D3, calcium citrate and magnesium. I am also still taking my lithium  but needless to say I have been relatively Pf since that day. Two days ago I had to go over night at work and forgot to take the vitamins but not the lithium. That evening as I was getting my sleep back in order, I got slammed for the first time since the 14th. Happy to say that I am back on track an will not miss another dose.

"Somebody had to say it" is usually a piss poor excuse to be mean.

I just had the same experience with melatonin. I ran out and decided to run a little experiment, so I skipped it and that night, for the first time in many months, I got hit three times. Bought the melatonin yesterday, resumed last night...no hits. So as you say, lesson learned. Blessings. lance
