Batch Cocktail

Could someone please give me the EXACT ingredients and how many times to take it of Batchs' Cocktail?  I want to try it.

I finished up a 4 month episode on June 20th.  Started enjoying life again (beer & wine too of course), but I think the s.o.b. is coming back.  Looks like I got a 5 week vacation, but have been is some discomfort the last two days.  Also, if using the Batch cocktail, should I continue with the Verapamil, Sumatriptan tablets, and O2 as well?
