strange knot in lower trap near shoulder blade? (Read 3542 times)

Aug 2^nd, 2011 at 8:05am I have this constant knot in my upper back near the center next to my right shoulder (cluster side) always! Anyone else have similar issue? Im thinking it is realted to the cluster track on my right side? hope this makes sence thank all Anthony

Reply #1 - Aug 2^nd, 2011 at 12:05pm Anthony, whenever I am having a cycle I experience the same. My neck shoulder and middle of back area get tight and pull. I have even gone for massage therapy and it hasn't changed much.

Reply #2 - Aug 2^nd, 2011 at 1:16pm The good ole clusterlump heehee It seems like many of us get a knot or a cluster of ganglions on our necks and sometimes shoulders. Mine is on right side base of skull under ear and is a joy to massage. Sometimes when shadowing I can feel the pain drain with light massage on it.

Reply #4 - Aug 6^th, 2011 at 1:11pm I experience the exact same thing, in the exact same spot, that is why streatching the head, neck and arms in any way imaginable is so important at the onset of a ch. It can often stop them before they get evil.

Reply #5 - Aug 8^th, 2011 at 5:48am interestingly enough when I have someone massage the knot out of my back/shoulder area it can almost always trigger my headache! really weird almost like my trigger point!
