I think that you will find that most CCH sufferers only get the pain behind the one eye during a cycle, there have been cases where the CCH pain will change sides during a cycle but that is not very common.

Rare, but happens, my last cycle it went from my left. Years of cycles only on the left. Tried to go to the right but never really got a foot hold. Just kind of lingered in the right.

Rare, but yes it can and does happen. I don't think it randomly jumps back and forth, just stays on one side or the other.
