hi everyone does anyone know when it is safe to drink etc after a bout has finished went to my bros who smokes 2 days after my last bout and they started again  Cry Cry dont want to make that mistake again

It's difficult to know when you cycle has ended. You can keep a record of how long it has been since the last attack, add a week or two, then drink.

If this doesn't work, add some more time and see what happens, i.e., no clinical signs which you can use.

Personally, I would wait at least 2 weeks since the last hit.
