Depends on what meds you are on.......Verapamil for one,  can do that.......

As Racer said, Verapamil can lower your blood pressure, so that would cause some dizziness. But just a CH cycle does not bring that on for me.

Pop into your doc's office and ask for a blood pressure check--them them what is happening.

YES!  I too notice More shortness of breath, also sometimes brief heart flutters, and sore or tense neck and  shoulder pain (one side.)  I take neurontin which seems to help prevent and lessens the pain when I do get the cluster.I use 300mg TID.  Also, when the pain gets really bad and O2, percocet don't help, I use 60mg Torodol injection Intramuscle in hip.  You need a RX for that , but be careful if you have kidney problems.  ER Doc that suffered with cluster told me about the Torodol.

In a previous post you said;-

the doc has put me on verapamil and prednisolone for 2 weeks

What dose did he start you on?

Is it Verapamil BP or SR (slow release) or MR (modified release)?

Did you have an ECG?

also -
HAVE YOU CALLED THE HELPLINE YET

Sometimes when I get a really bad attack and this is kinda rare but it happens sometimes I literally cant breathe all of a sudden its so scary!!!  I mean I can breathe but it feels like the air i'm getting in is not doing anything and I just gotta like fight through the pain and try and relax and tell myself your okay you can breathe you'll be fine it'll pass just relax.  Keep inhaling and exhaling and you'll be okay
