Nice to meet you too, Emmet. Sorry you are suffering, but perhaps you could elaborate a bit on what you are using, what has or has not worked? Tell us about your cycles...epidsodic or chronic? It's hard to take the plunge and become vulnerable to a bunch of strangers, but I think you'll find this is a most welcoming place where everyone knows the name of the beast who haunts your existence. This place is a haven for us sufferers, you are amongst friends.  Consider all the advise, find what works for you, and you'll do just fine. Sorry for your suffering, but know that we are all in the same boat and strive to help each other.

There is a great deal of valuable information located in this site, read all you can and see, if possible, a competent Neurologist. Oxygen has been extremely helpful to many of us.
