Magnesium has been of some benefit for people on the board, more so when combined with the "Batch Regimen." Go to the meds section, check out the post "123 pain free days and I think I know why" It's a daily vitamin/mineral supplement which has been reducing the beasts impact on a lot of people who have tried it. Worth a quick read.

Not to burst your bubble, and I'm glad you're currently pain free, but don't let your guard down! Wink The beast's nature is to morph and change, start and stop, constantly. Makes establishing true "cause and effect" very difficult. Hoping your pain free time continues, but do stay prepared to do battle.

Yes, magnesium is nature's verapamil... absorbs better through skin than ingested supplements... one of the important components of the D3 regiment.

CH according to Bejeeber:

Strictly relying on doctors for CH treatment is often a prescription that will keep you in a whole lot of PAIN. Doctors are WAY behind in many respects, and they are usually completely unaware of the benefits of high flow 100% O2.

There are lots of effective treatments documented at this site. Take matters into your own hands, learn as much as you can here and at clusterbusters.com, put it into practice, then tell this CH beast Jeebs said hello right before you bash him so hard with a swift uppercut knockout punch that his stupid horns go flinging right off.

Okay last night I did not soak in Epsom Salts, and BANG 3:00 am this morning I woke up with a KILLER HEADACHE, my headaches always late at night same time. I beleive for me the hot bath with Epsom salts is the panacea.  Try it may work for some of you.
