Are you saying you've tried verapamil and O2 and they haven't helped? At what doses and what equipment did you have for the O2? There are other means as you'll discover as you read on this board. But while the verap and O2 don't work for everyone, used correctly and in conjunction with other prevents and abortives, they work for many of us. Give a bit more info please. Blessings. lance

Thanks for getting back o2 works. Verapamil only worked once. Looking for something to kill them off. How about the magic mushroom rumor. I will try anything

If you are referring to Clusterbusters, it isn't a rumor. It's real. And for many, it works. Check out their site. They will answer all your questions. Just curious, how do you try verapamil once? It's a long term prevent, not an abortive. It takes weeks to build up in your system. Have you tried other prevents? And as Potter said, keep huffin' the O2. High flow. Proper nonrebreather mask. It works. The quicker you get on it at the first sign of a hit, the more effective. The longer you are on it, the more effective. Like that. Blessings. lance

Are you saying Verapamil only worked one time...or for one cycle?  Do you remember what dosage you were taking?  Too low of a dosage won't work and some have gone up to as high as the 900's per day before they got any relief.
