i remember when the O.J. simpson trial was going on. andy rooney offered $1,000,000 to anyone who could prove that O.J. was innocent. someone wrote in a letter saying that andy rooney did not have $1,000,000. andy invited his son on the show and said "oh i've seen $1,000,000 fal out of dads pocket when he was asleep on the couch"

his sense of humor and outlook on thingd will surely be missed. R.I.P.

He was just plain funny and just said things that most of us were thinking about half the time. Last night 60 Minutes played his last interview and asked what he'd do if he has his life to live over -- He said he'd be on 60 minutes writting his material and saying it on TV. RIP..
