Where to get oxygen in Atlanta?

I just started a cycle after my longest break ever, 5 years. I really that they were gone for good : (

Anyway, I'm having trouble finding a source for oxygen in the Atlanta area. The only company I found with large tanks is Apria and they want $187 a month. In the past I think I paid around $65 a tank.

Anybody know of a company in the area?

I actually have a tank that the company I used last time never picked up. They are no longer in business. Do you know how I can get it filled? Someone told me a welding supply company, but I don't know how I'd transport it.
