never experienced the ringing in ear and have tried Verapamil 3 cycles, could it be the Lithium you added?

I didn't get it when I was on Verap alone, but when I added Lithium I got it in both ears.  I've been off of both for several years now and still have the tinnitus.

I've had tinnitus ever since my concussion, just a few weeks before my CHs started. However verapamil has made no difference to it at all.

I've had a very loud, high-pitch tone in my left ear (my cluster side) every since Dec 2010, after I was hit by a car and knocked unconscious (sp) for over 4 hours.

Not on Verapamil or Lithium for many years now. Seems alot louder during an attack.

I get major ringing in my ears. Mostly on my right side (where my attacks are). Sometimes I get them in my left but they are mainly on the right. I have been on Verapamil since May of this year, currently taking 240mg.
