Everyday since my cluster headaches came back 3 weeks ago, I have been on this site looking for information and help. I was diagnosed 9 years ago with CH when I was only 14. This time around has been especially brutal.

I finally joined this site officially to send out a sincere THANK YOU to everyone who posts on this site. I have learned so much about this nonsense called cluster headaches because of everyone on here. Other than the tips I have learned, just knowing that I am not the only one suffering through this has also brought me much relief. It lets me know that I can survive this, even when the headaches feel like they are going to be the end of me.
