I have doubled the dose to 240mg per day without success so am also taking 1 cafergot tablet per day which is not good. I am unsure what has brought this on after 10 months CH free.

Do keep in mind that 240mg/day is at the low end of the range we tend to need. It is disappointing, I know, but we are in the CH Lotto here, and the stakes just keep going up. Or so it seems. Always seems to stop the beast in its tracks.
