Welcome to the board Spence, are you working with a headache specialist neurologist? My guess is yes since your treatment regimen speaks to someone who knows their stuff. Take a look at this link to make sure you're getting the maximum benefit from your oxygen, minor tweaks in the delivery system can have dramatic affects on abort times:

Then go to the meds section of this board and check out the thread, "123 pain free days and i think I know why". A daily vitamin/anti-inflammatory supplement, all over the counter stuff, that's providing a lot of relief to members of the board.

As to alcohol, a large percentage of CH'ers find this to be  arapid trigger when in cycle. On cycle a beer will have me getting hit within 10 minutes. Off cycle thankfully it's not an issue! Wink

If by smoking, you're reffering to weed, stay away from that stuff when on cycle. It's a vaso-dilator, all of our treatments for CH are vaso-constrictors, weed on cycle is asking for a barn burner hit! Shocked

Glad you found us, welcome home. What part of  the world do you hail from??

Hello,

Go to Multimedia File Viewing and Clickable Links are available for Registered Members only!!  You need to Login or Register;

I know it may seem crazy... But it works. The 1st thing you need to understand is this :  Everything comes from somewhere, Every pill that doctor gives you is made of something right? A Plant, A root, A bone, a fish, tree bark??  It all comes from something.

So is it that hard to beleive that what may help us may come from a mushroom or a seed? It makes more than enough sence to me.

Hit to win...
Coach Bill.
