I haven't posted in well over a year, I thought I was going to be one of those people who only have 1 or 2 episodes and it never happens again.....I was wrong.  Every night for the past 2 weeks I wake with the same pain.  I try to tell myself that its not CH, it can't be CH. I'm not the kind of person this happens too.  This time I'm prepared......I have damn good insurance and I WILL find a doctor who can help.  No more, it's just a headache, get over it crap.  I refuse to live my life in fear of the next "headache".

I refuse to live my life in fear of the next "headache".

That's the key. Wink

Get over to the medications section and read up on the "Batch Regimen" The post is "123 pain free days and I think I know why" A daily anti inflammatory supplement, all OTC stuff, and even without CH it's stuff that's good for you. It's providing a lot of relief to a lot of people.

And make sure you get oxygen, the game changer for most CH'ers.

"Somebody had to say it" is usually a piss poor excuse to be mean.
