evening, i'm new here.  i'm 57. was diagnosed w/CH's in my late teens. haven't had one in a very long time...until last night.  fell asleep last night around 9:30 p.m. was woken around 11:30 p.m. with the CH. it's almost 8 p.m. (next night) now. can't believe i made it through this one w/o ending it. went through 33 hours of labor when i had my son.  would rather do that EVERY week, than what i went through in the last (almost) 21 hrs. AND still am.

It's turned my 90 minute head bangers into 6-8 minute aborts. A real game changer for many. Let us know what you've used, what has and hasn't worked, maybe we can point you in a new direction.
