Cayanne Pepper

I was suffering of up to four attacks per day and on the  7th Feb. starting taking Cayenne pepper capsules (one ,two time per day ) and have not had a attack since.
I am taking the Jamaican Cayenne tablets which can be had fr health food store , if not just try the cayenne powder in the supermarket and sprinkle a little on your food (careful it is hot ) you can also mix it as a tea using honey... hope this will help someone else ,it has given me a new outlook on life to be pain free .

Cayenne is a cultivar of capsaicin, and that has been recommended for headaches for some time. If memory serves, the results are rather mixed. Some have snorted it; used it as a spray; or taken it in pill form as do you. Glad it works for you. Blessings. lance
