magnesium magnesium magnesium

I had horrible CH attacks every night for months and months with no relief. I started taking magnesium supplements that you can get from any drug store or supermarket and within only a few days my CHs are completely gone. I know this may not work for everyone but if you havent tried magnesium supplements yet please please please give this a try and they have saved me!

Hi bm

Yep your right about the magnesium it's one of the base ingredients in the 123 days thread.

I've been using it for about 6 years with good results but a word of warning, if you use it long term without a calcium supplement you will end up with bad muscle & joint pain due to the magnesium blocking the intake of calcium normally absorbed from foods eaten.

Cheers
Barry

Many magnesium supplements also include calcium too, so you may already be taking it.
