Feeling High after bad round
Mar 23rd, 2012 at 10:41am

Ever feel kind like your on a high a little after an especially bad round of battles with our common enemy?  I think it might be a combo of the relief and lack of sleep, but sometimes I'm beyond silly afterwards  Cheesy

I feel that way every time I stop a high Kip attack. Anytime we can feel good is time to celebrate. Glad to hear you have found that moment.

You're right on, Tara Ann. It is kind of a goofy feeling.

I agree, Sunday night at 1130 pm, he snuck into my room and stayed for about an hour. I would say it was a 9, the worst Ive had for a while. But yesterday at work, I kinda had a euphoric feeling, with shadows throughout the day. I agree, I think its lack of sleep but there is something else involved as well, not sure what it is.  Undecided

Mostly it was an incredible relaxation. I felt worn out for a few minutes and then happy about being able to resume whatever I was into when the beast took over.

Of course coming from a long line of pessimistic Swedes, I was quick to realize that this was short-lived. What a jerk off....Multimedia File Viewing and Clickable Links are available for Registered Members only!!  You need to Login or Register

If I dont use meds, when the attack is over I feel kinda high too. I think it is a combination of two things. When your in pain your body releases endorphins, think runners high...the othe is just relief that its over.

Most of the time I don't do meds.... cause they usually do jack.  But right now I'm retrying dopeymax.   Either way, meds or not I feel extra nuts sometimes Cheesy

Hi everyone:

Glad you brought this up too.  Sometimes I think Adam has lost his f@#$%^' mind.  All of a sudden he is bouncing all over the house.  Of course, during the attack, I have been listening to his screams, trying to think of anything else I can do, and just getting extremly tense.  Then all of a sudden here comes the bouncing boy.  Sometimes I look at him like he must have totally lost his mind!!!!! LOL.

Those of  you who know us, know how much I love him and all of you.  Just glad to know it's not just him.

Hugs,
Louise
