Relaxica? Anyone heard of this?
Apr 1st, 2012 at 12:08am

I'm new to the site, so maybe this has been mentioned before, but I was wondering if anyone has ever heard of this Relaxica thing?

It won't let me post the link since this is my first time posting, but the website for the product is refliefzone. com slash headaches.

Looks too good to be true, so it probably is, but I thought I'd check.  I've been getting cluster headaches for over 10 years and it seems I am just now realizing that if someone massages my head just a certain way I feel relief, so I'm wondering if this Relaxica thing might help?  I think my husband is reaching his limit with the head massages since it only works with a particular motion that makes his fingers cramp up and hurt.   Sad

Thanks for any input!

-Michelle

I haven't heard of this but sounds interesting. My boyfriend has lots of pain in his neck possibly from many car accidents and he was referred to a physical therapist for MFR (Myofacial Release)....were just beginning this therapy but it seems hopeful.
Best,
Gloria

It's just another scam to seperate you from your money Michelle.   Click on the link to the left regarding oxygen therapy.  It's a Godsend to so many of us.

Thanks everyone.  I wasn't about to buy it or anything, but I was curious if it had been mentioned before.  My last cluster was in May 2011, and my doctor told me she could not get me oxygen (or rather, get it paid for by insurance) unless I did the sleep test.  Did the test, oxygen didn't drop low enough, blah blah blah.  Here I am again with headaches, doing research. I read something on here yesterday about getting insurance to pay for oxygen, so I'm off to see her tomorrow, and I won't leave without my prescription!   Smiley  I will also have her do the lab test on me to check for 25(OH)D Vitamin D3.  Thanks Batch!

O2 saturation levels have nothing to do with the need for oxygen in this case. Sounds like a doctor needs educating...

What Racer said. A qualified headache specialist neuro will know how to write an exception letter for the stupid, uneducated insurance companies who insist your 02 level has to be below a certain percentage to get oxygen prescribed. A frustrating problem we see all too often around here. Undecided
