As I contemplate my 30th anniversary...

I posted this over on the clusterbuster board as well, but I just wanted to share with all of you, my family.

Being married to the love of my life for well over half my years, I was reminded this morning on the way to work what meaningful relationships are all about. I popped in an album that I hadn't listened to in years. It's one of my favorites, and I don't like to listen to it too often because there are parts that will reduce me to tears at inconvenient moments (like at 65 mph in heavy traffic).

Our anniversary isn't until October, but I just get a little contemplative from time to time. Usually well in advance. I never forget birthdays or anniversaries. It's probably the combination of working for an overnight express company and a philosophy degree.
