Hey folks boy have I got good news this morning at 1'30 had the worst ever so been up all day so was trying to get this job and he called this morning wanted me to come in man I was dreading that. I had been told by my nuro to just take on the next couple attacks with no help just to get all the drugs out so we could start clean that and he said I may be giveing myself a rebound headace so I toughed out the last three attacks and hell at lunch I said to hell with it and tried the injection and oh my gosh lets just say no headace at all right now even after my attacks I always still had just a dull throbing headace that never went away but the shot did wonders for me well hope everyone gets to feel as good as I do soon Tim

Once you've had enough of the rebound merry-go-round, try this:

I had read about vit d3 on this sight and figured it couldn't hurt so I started that 3 days ago haven't tried fish oil yet. This may sound of the wall but the other night was hurting so bad I grabbed a Habanero pepper and took a bite out of it and it worked but wont do that again I think it was Clusterchuck told me it most likely had to do with the capincion not sure how to spell that so gonna see if they make a vit or something for that well talk to ya'll later. The vitamin D3 regimen includes a number of different vitamins, minerals, and supplements. You need to take all of them together. Don't do it half-assed if you're going to do it.

I'm serious - if you want to have the best chance of being done with the pharmaceutical approach to treatment of this condition, go read the vitamin D3 thread and take some notes. I was episodic for about 13 years, then went chronic for the next 6. Between the D3 regimen and busting, I've been almost entirely pain free for two and a half years.
