Hey everyone just thought I would let everyone know I am getting the right meds for me now and my o2 should be here in maybe a week. But on the other hand our pup was getting ready to go no no on the floor so I like was trying to catch him and when I bent to pick him up I must have turned wrong or something cuz I went and aggravated a disk in my lower back my ch is still going though I hope by the end of next month I will be out of this cycle the attacks are alot more intense in pain now but only lasting maybe seven to fifteen mins but instead of the normal 3 a day getting hit like five or six now and when they pass I actually feel a little better before even after a attack I would still have this dull throbing headace that just never went away but like I said I get a little break here and there through the day till my eye starts to twitch and then it starts up well hope everyone else is doing fine and finding a little peace and sleep take care Tim
