Big Tex is NO MORE. He burned up.. He's been the greeter at the Texas State Fair forever.

I can remember him from back when I was a little girl. He was awesome.. And now he's gone up in flames. to me this is a sad day in Texas - another tradition gone.

Oh they'll rebuild another one - bigger and better but it won't be Tex.

RIP Tex... some of us old folks will miss ya..
