Doing Good

Just an update on how I'm doing:

My last cycle was pretty brutal, and finally in Early October I found a window of opportunity to use Vitamin M, and broke the cycle. So I am 3 months CH free. After talking with Joe (Guiseppi) for awhile about the D3 regimen, I am about to read up more on it - as I am already on it for R.A. @ 5'000 i.u.'s for it. I may ask my doc on the 22nd to check my levels so I am okay to increase it to 10'000. Anything I can do to stay out of cycle... I am on it!

Been on a few CH groups on Facebook, and trying to be more supportive of some sufferers (some I'm not sure use this board), between messages and phone since, I feel like enough people have supported me over the years and I am doing my best to 'pay it forward.'

Gave up internet radio in favor of starting my own band, "Triple Threat", and am starting to play out again. I also freed up my time to do some serious recording - as I now have all of the vital tools needed for a pro sounding recording. Good thing, as I have an album to finish under the name "Dead Cowboy Rebellion", an electronic / experimental album with my old musical cohort from 'Twin Rivers' called "Cloak + Dagger"... another project with a female singer called "Creatures of Habit-Forming" - I guess you could say I am staying busy with my music and LOVING IT! I figure I best get all of my guitar playing out of my system now, since the R.A. will probably render my left hand useless within a few years. It's attacking that hand hard and from what I have read about R.A. it oftentimes attacks the joints used most frequently (like my knees too!) Sucks having the studio on the 3rd floor, but at least I have one now. And not going to fret (pun intended) when my left hand does stop letting me fly on guitar, as I am learning alot about music programming and with the software I have, I can do orchestrations!

That's pretty much it on my end. Hoping everyone here is doing well, and WILL be spending more time here on the board than I have in a long time.

Peace,
Carl D
