Anyone with a potent recipe for shadows?

As much as for me they signal the beginning of the end of what has been a bad high cycle, they are being particularly stubborn and nasty this time round. I have, for the past week, had permanent shadows that feel like a KIP4 that got stuck yet am not finding a way to rid myself of them.

Elevate your pH with Alka-Seltzer or the Arm & Hammer baking soda tonic and try oxygen therapy at flow rates that support hyperventilation (25 to 45 liters/minute).

I've found both work well to blow away shadows.

Take care,

You love lots of things if you live around them. But there isn't any woman and there isn't any horse, that’s as lovely as a great airplane. If it's a beautiful fighter, your heart will be ever there

What Batch said! And, I use a double Monster before hitting the O2. I've found that to be effective in chasing away the shadows as well. blessings. lance

BTW  I have found, at least for me, if I let the shadows go too long without aborting them, they can turn into a Class A migraine. Just sayin'.

I've used 3 different tricks succesfully"

Oxygen with a Red Bull.

On rare occassions "Excederin for Migrains"

"4Way Nasal Spray" squirted up the affected nostril.

Thank you guys for the feedback. A few more things to try. O2 is not doing too well for me with shadows but I will now be more religious in washing it down with taurine.

Thanks again.
