neuropath CH.com Veteran Offline Same Hit, Different Day Posts: 218	Shadows Jan 29^th, 2013 at 11:34pm Anyone with a potent recipe for shadows? As much as for me they signal the beginning of the end of what has been a bad high cycle, they are being particularly stubborn and nasty this time round. I have, for the past week, had permanent shadows that feel like a KIP4 that got stuck yet am not finding a way to rid myself of them.

I've found that to be effective in chasing away the shadows as well. blessings. lance BTW I have found, at least for me, if I let the shadows go too long without aborting them, they can turn into a Class A migraine. Just sayin'.

On rare occassions "Excederin for Migrains" "4Way Nasal Spray" squirted up the affected nostril. Joe

O2 is not doing too well for me with shadows but I will now be more religious in washing it down with taurine. Thanks again.
