7 days no CH, SUNCT, or Migraines

All,

It's been a long painful 4 months, but it seems I am turning the corner on all my headaches.

My current prescription drugs are:
Depakote - 2000mg/day
Verapamil - Verapamil 250 mg twice a day

I am also doing the vitamin regimene I saw posted here:

1. Omega 3 Fish Oil - 2000 to 2400 mg/day (EPA 360mg/day, DHA 240 mg/day)

2. Vitamin D3 - 10,000 IU/day

3. Calcium - 500 mg/day (calcium citrate preferred) -I am not taking the calcium due to blood pressure issues

4. Magnesium - 400 mg/day (magnesium citrate or magnesium gluconate)

5. Vitamin K - 120 mcg/day

6. Zinc - 10 mg/day

Between the 2 I have been pain free for 7 days (I've not had more than 2 pain free days in a row for four months).  I'm pretty excited!

Great news that you're seeing results so quickly. May you get to enjoy being pain free for a long, long time.

It's been almost 3 weeks now with these medications and vitamins and still no headaches or significant side effects other than fatigue.  I tend to sleep 9 hours a night now vs 7 and wake up more groggy than before all this started.  Even so, it's a fair trade to be pain free.  I'm not sure what my neurologist has planned next as far as any possible changes, although I suspect he may try to reduce the amount of Depakote I am taking.  I will update this if there are any changes.
