tried something new-results
Feb 21st, 2013 at 8:12am

Tuesday night I had 10 attacks through the night. So I tried a nasal spray prescribed to me for spring allergies called Flunisolide 0.025% and I added two drops of peppermint oil to my water on my ox tank. : Results: the nose spray helped greatly not in a pain sense but it cleared my nasal cavity which took the pressure from my face. The Mint was refreshing but it caused my water bottle to bubble into my mask. Maybe I should try one drop instead of 3 or 4 lol.

Many of us have used "4way nasal spray" for shadows. I carried it with me when I traveled for emergency use!

"Somebody had to say it" is usually a piss poor excuse to be mean.
