Seems to works for some and for some it doesn't. Somebody I know personally has good success with it. But it is experimental:

I do read german. Will do so tonight. But is it really like attacking the attack at the moment? Or, like ons, a preventative?

Yes. That is what i understood. It could work together with the ons implant i have. But in the end you walk around with a lot of electronics. I m not sure i want that.
