Shocked?
Jun 14th, 2013 at 9:42pm

I just had something very weird happen. A couple of nights ago, as I was lying in bed waiting for my 11:00 pm appointment with the beast I was jolted by what felt like an instantaneous electric shock throughout my Trigeminal Nerve. I am what I believe to be the tail end of my cycle which has been 5 weeks so far. When this happened, the shadows were circulating mildly around the temple for a couple of minutes. After the jolt I was immediately pain free until my 5:00 am appointment that the beast promptly kept. Has anyone ever experienced such a thing? I haven't in my 14 years as a cluster-head. Just curious.

Just wondering, have you tried Melatonin to get you through
the night without that wake up call. Smiley

Yep.. sometimes just touching the left side of my face will send the jolt. It's there and then it's gone.

And DO try the Melatonin before bedtime. It works so well for so many of us to keep away the night hits. I've been using it for years and years and very seldom get hit at night.  Kiss

Sounds like it may be an Ice pick headache.  Haven't had one in years until last week when they decided to start up again.
