Demand Valve
Jun 15th, 2013 at 10:19am

Heard from Chuck about a visit to his neuro. Seems the doc saw an article about the demand valve and how it's helping CH patients abort our headaches. Chuck forgot to ask WHERE he saw it, but just knowing it is being written up is something.

I was introduced to this wonderful device in Dallas and brought one home with me (as did Linda) and have been totally sold on it since. If I can get to a headache soon enough I can abort in a matter of a few minutes and go back to normal in no time flat. I think it's wonderful.

We've come so far insofar as O2 treatment is concerned. We've still got a long way to go in educating our docs about it, but we're working on it.

For those of you who are newbies.. please educate yourself on CH and its treatments and THEN educate your docs. That's how we get the word out. Kiss
