a question,
                 as per my last post, all was good, just a few shadows over the first pain free week.
so as mentioned I thought i'de ween off the verapamil. so I was taking 240mg once a day in the mornings, so I cut them in half ( 120) and have been doing that for 4 days. but almost straight away, the shadows intensified, and are more regular, every day.
has anyone else experienced this in weening of verapamil. I was on 240 a day since jan 23, so its been 6 months.
maybe it could have been a combination of the vit regime and the verapamil that got me to a relative pain free state.
I know some have managed to become completely pain free with just the regime, and im hoping that's what I will eventually achieve, but is there anyone else that still has to combine the regime with other preventatives ? 
the verapamil didn't stop, alone my last cycle, and I started the vit regime 2 weeks into the last ch cycle, which if its still hanging there beneath the verapamil and vit d3 regime, its gone on for 2 months now, my longest ever cycle.   thinking about going back onto full dose of verapamil and try weening off maybe in a month or so.
can anyone else maybe comment on there experience ?
